We ship all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 

Shipping Time:

  • India: 3–7 business days

  • International: We do not provide international shipping at this time, any payments made directly are subject to refund with a 10% service fee deduction.

 

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders within India.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

Delays & Exceptions:
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs. In rare cases of delay, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. Upon assurance and board approval, we’ll resolve it through a refund, replacement, or store credit or with resolution best fit in the interest of both parties.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
