We are committed to offering a smooth and secure sourcing experience for silver merchants and jewellers across metros, towns, and remote regions.

1. Who Can Buy

925Cart.com is a B2B platform. We serve only verified jewellers, silver merchants, and resellers. Retail customers are not eligible to purchase from our store.

2. Order & Payment Policy

  • All products are available on a pre-payment only basis.

  • We accept Bank Transfer, UPI, and secure digital payments.

  • Once payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email, tax invoice, and proof of payment for your records.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

    • Towns/Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

All items undergo strict quality checks before shipping. As we are a wholesale-only platform, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

In case of damaged or incorrect items, report to us at 925cartdotcom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and your order ID. We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

5. Product Authenticity

All items sold on 925Cart.com are from certified batch of 92.5% sterling silver. Quality and authenticity are at the core of our business, and we work only with trusted manufacturers and karigars.
